If you already have a tenant in place, we can work on taking over the property management with the current tenancy in place.

Additionally, we provide all the required documentation to deduct and repairs cost as the cost are tax deductable as per federal Tax statutes

Prepare your home for future Residents – Sourcing any needed maintenance or repairs and even assisting with moving out furniture.

Market and show your home – we take the pictures, including 3-D virtual walkthroughs, and source Residents. We provide in-person, virtual or self-serve tours, preparing, opening, and closing your home after every viewing.

Screen and place Residents – Any Resident deemed suitable for your residence will through our screening and background investigation process. Manage tenant resident relationship – Interacting with them directly won’t be a concern. We’ll make sure you and your resident have all you need thanks to our operations Team. We actively engage with the tenant on a regular basis to help them assimilate to the new home and neighborhood. We collect rent, arrange house visits and other interactions as needed.
